Roberto Marchisio
Hicare founder and president. - Graduate in physics,
after four years as consultant in the design of Decision Support Systems based on multidimensional engines, Marchisio dealt with software analysis connected with finance and banking for three years. In 1996 he and three partners founded Hicare, a business intelligence software company headquartered in Torino, Italy.
Marchisio worked ten years in Hicare on both software design and strategic planning & control consultancy.
Today he brings on the evolution of the technology and the design of Lilith.

Piero Arfinengo
Founding partner in Hicare. - Graduate in computer sciences,
Arfinengo is a specialist in design and development of financial algorithms and their application in software
to assess financial products, as well as being an expert in user interface development.

Massimiliano Cavallo
Founding partner in Hicare. - Graduate in business studies and economics, Economics Torino, International Commerce (UCD) Dublin.
his original focus was on the analysis of software targeted to the Forex and Money market financial sectors.
In the last ten years he covered the positions of CFO, Marketing director, director of Delivery.
He has experience of administration, finance and control and a wide tracking history of project management for business intelligence geared to the manufacturing and banking industries (Details).

Giuseppe Puccio
Partner in Hicare. - Graduate in Economics at Torino and in Business Administration at Lyon,
he has worked many years both in Italy and abroad for multinational enterprises each leader in its own sector, taking up diverse responsibilities in Finance, from Strategic Planning to Financial Directorship (Details). The encounter with Hicare, supplier of one of the companies he worked for, and the enthusiastic adoption of Lilith as main product for Business Intelligence and Reporting, led him to the clear-cut decision to abandon his career in Finance and join Hicare to take up the leadership of the Consultancy team.

Marco Borzino
Partner in Hicare. - With a Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master in Corporate Finance at Sda Bocconi, he has a 13 year's experience in national and international Project Management, in the Construction, Railway and Services fields. (Details)
He served as Venue Director at the Torino 2006 Olympic Games, and was then Chief Operations Officer in Advertising companies. He started up the Car Sharing Project in Milan, Italy (the Politecnico of Milan University published his Business Plan).
